About Me
An artist, therapist, mindfulness coach, wife, and proud mother ~ these are a few words to describe myself. But beyond the definition of my daily roles, I am at the core, a conduit for emotions and human connection, and a steadfast seeker of truth, empowerment, and transcendence.

I graduated from Pepperdine University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology, and began obtaining my hours for licensure at Pepperdine Community Counseling Center, Encino.
Individual, Couples, Family, & Group Therapy
Individual
As we understand that physical exercise builds and strengthen our physical endurance, individual therapy is a process of building and strengthening the mind’s capacity to endure and respond consciously to life’s challenges.
Couples & Family
Do you feel that your partner or family member doesn’t hear you, or even see you at times? We require the love, care, and attention of our partners and family members to improve our emotional health.
Group
When we recognize our stories in the reflection of others, transformation happens. Healing transpires in a safe space, where strangers can connect through shared experience.
